Ben Carson is a seasoned executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading large-scale teams and global supply chain operations. He has a proven record of delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings, strengthening supplier performance, and advancing customer support and manufacturing capabilities across international markets.

Before co-founding Carson & Company Consulting, Ben held senior leadership roles at Viking Air Ltd. and De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. He managed the P&L for an aftermarket business, led major supply chain restructurings, developed global distribution strategies, and enhanced customer support operations. He also directed manufacturing and performance management initiatives that positioned the organizations for long-term success.

At Carson & Company, Ben takes a hands-on approach, integrating quickly with client teams to strengthen supply chains, design customer support models, and improve manufacturing efficiency through lean practices and quality frameworks. He also partners with organizations to implement performance management systems that connect strategy to execution, strengthen financial decision-making and compliance, and provide strategic guidance to support sustainable growth.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical problem-solving, Ben helps organizations turn complex challenges into lasting improvements that create real value. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria and an Executive MBA from the University of Calgary, where he graduated on the Dean’s List for outstanding academic performance.

Kortney Carson is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in financial reporting, compliance, and business operations. She brings a strong background in finance, audit coordination, and process improvement, with a track record of ensuring accuracy and efficiency in complex environments.

She ensures that every engagement is supported by strong systems, clear communication, and disciplined financial oversight. Her expertise in financial management and operational efficiency provides the firm with a structured, client-focused foundation.

Kortney holds a CPA designation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. She is recognized for her analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to design processes that allow consulting teams to deliver measurable results.
